Elizabeth, Travel Plan Manager

Elizabeth is the Travel Plan Manager for Smarter Travel, utilising her Master’s degree in Globalisation, Business and Sustainable Development and previous experience with influencing the behaviour of travellers, to create travel plans that promote sustainable travel and encourage behaviour change, using a variety of incentives. Outside of work, Elizabeth is a keen traveller, frequent pub quizzer and enjoys cooking delicious vegan dishes for anyone willing to try! You will likely find her with her head in a book, learning how to build a self-sufficient Tiny House!

Lucas, Travel Plan Coordinator

Hi, I’m Lucas, a Travel Plan Coordinator at Smarter Travel in Norwich. My MSc degree in Climate Change equips me to promote travel options that benefit both people and the planet. In my free time, I explore the North Norfolk Coast through scuba diving and contribute to its preservation. When not diving, I love taking walks in Norfolk’s many accessible and beautiful spots. I am also very enthusiastic about weather and appreciate how much impact clouds can have on keeping our planet cool.

Rocio, Marketing Assistant

Hello! I’m Rocio, I have a degree in Marketing and Management and a serious love for creativity and thinking outside the box. Born and raised in Spain (yes, paella runs in my veins!), I’ve been calling the UK home for about 10 years, soaking up new experiences along the way.

When I’m not busy working on marketing magic, I’m usually off on an adventure – whether that’s exploring new cultures far beyond Europe, enjoying a good film, or seeking out the next fun challenge. My dream in the making is restoring a vintage van and travelling anywhere with my dog :)
