Travel Plan Monitoring

Travel Plan monitoring involves observing all movements in and out of the development to assess vehicular trip rates and the proportion of residents using vehicles, active travel modes and public transport provision. This data helps us to assess whether the Travel Plan targets are on track to be achieved.

You may notice some traffic monitoring devices and people located around Peacock Grove from time to time, they are there to collect data, required as part of the Travel Plan monitoring. Data collected is not used for any purpose other than reviewing travel habits and is not distributed to third parties. All information collected is processed and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR.

We have to update the Local Authority on the results of the Travel Plan monitoring; however, no personal data is shared and no individual can be identified. Your privacy is paramount to us and you can read our full privacy policy here.

There is nothing you need to do as a resident, simply carry on with your normal day to day activities!
