Chancery Park is well-connected to the rest of Exning village for both walking and cycling; you’ll find walking routes along the main road (B1103), Oxford Street and Capel Street. Within walking distance, you’ve got the local primary school, a nursery, dentist, Post Office and convenience store. Take a look at the local area map on the right for detailed walking and cycling times to key transport links and the village amenities.
For cycling, the National Cycle Route 51, connecting the south of Newmarket with Cambridge, goes right through the village. Whilst, the Regional Cycle Route 47 runs along the B1103 and connects Exning with the centre of Newmarket too. You’ll reach the nearest doctor’s surgery in roughly 10 minutes of cycling, whilst the local secondary school and supermarket are a bit further out, taking approximately 15 minutes by bike. For a detailed cycle route map of Exning and Newmarket, then head over to the Suffolk County Council website and download a copy for use at any time. The cycle route map is located here.
